    I received a tracking link and my order is marked as completed. So where is my order?
    Your order is not lost. We create the shipping label and add the tracking link as soon as your shipment has been prepared for dispatch.
    Carriers only register a parcel once it has been scanned at their depot. The tracking link can therefore show no movement for the first one to two business days. We hand parcels over to UPS every evening.

    Please check our shipping policy: https://michael45.com/shipping-notice Titles we hold in stock in Germany are dispatched within one to two business days. Titles we order in for you take longer — please allow one to three weeks. Where a shipment passes customs, clearance can add further time.

    You can check your delivery status in your account:

    Processing = We have received your payment and are preparing your order.

    Prepared for Shipping / Second Batch... = Your records are with us and your shipment is being finalised.

    If anything affects the delivery of your order, we will contact you.

    Please send us your order number and what you would like to change. We will contact you and send a payment link of the difference amount. If you want to cancel a order / record, we will send you the money back. Please keep in mind, if the record is not yet in stock with us in Germany, the delivery time will be extended by 7-10 business days.
